1. Shipments will be made from 24 hours after payment has been made. Thursday and Friday will not be sent bonsai and prebonsai to avoid possible incidents in the transport.
2. The average transit time is indicated in the details of each of the carriers on the payment page, so we recommend paying special attention to this point if your order is in a hurry.
3. Shipments will be sent free of charge (at no additional cost) in those items that specify it. (It is not valid for substrate, association discounts and biogold of 5 kg)
4. You can track your shipments on the carrier's website once you receive the email with the tracking code of your package.
5. For orders over 40Kg of total weight, only economical transport will be available in order to avoid extra costs.
6. When using a free shipping coupon the company reserves the right to choose the shipping method (Economic or Urgent)
